The International Caribbean Women Alliance for Empowerment (ICWAE) is a global movement of dynamic people united by a shared commitment to economic advancement, social equity, and intergenerational empowerment. Rooted in cultural pride and driven by a vision for transformation, ICWAE serves as a bridge connecting African-Caribbean women across the diaspora to tools, resources, and networks that ignite leadership, entrepreneurship, and community change. 

We are attorneys, educators, entrepreneurs, policymakers, faith leaders, and innovators, working together to dismantle barriers and build platforms for African-Caribbean women to thrive.

To empower African-Caribbean women and girls across the globe through access to education, leadership development, economic opportunity, and social justice advocacy, anchored in unity, equity, and cultural identity. 

A world where African-Caribbean women are fully empowered to lead, shape policy, drive innovation, and uplift future generations, locally, regionally and globally.
